Philosophy
"We don’t stop playing because we grow old, we grow old because we stop playing" - George Bernard Shaw
Jamie Roberts, LMFT, is an AuDHD therapist passionate about supporting teens, high-masking women, and those exploring their neurodivergent identity. With a warm, affirming, and deeply personal approach, Jamie creates spaces where clients can unmask, understand themselves, and feel truly seen. Specializing in Autism and ADHD, Jamie provides comprehensive, affirming diagnostic assessments that honor lived experience and individual expression—far beyond checklists or stereotypes. Her work centers on helping clients embrace their neurodivergence with self-compassion, confidence, and clarity, while empowering families and clinicians to do the same.
Working with Jamie is a collaborative, validating, and often eye-opening experience for both teens and their families. Jamie meets each client where they are, creating a space that feels safe, authentic, and free of judgment. For teens, sessions are a chance to explore identity, emotions, and executive functioning challenges through curiosity and humor—without pressure to mask or “fit in.” For parents and caregivers, Jamie offers insight into the neurodivergent experience and guidance on how to best support their teen’s growth and self-understanding. The process is grounded in compassion, transparency, and empowerment, helping families move from confusion or frustration toward connection, understanding, and confidence.
Jamie loves to paint, color, collect fidget toys and cuddle with her kitties.
