Philosophy

“It’s dangerous to go alone! Take this.” - The Legend of Zelda

Have you ever found yourself navigating feelings of shyness and social anxiety? Do you sometimes feel like you don't quite fit in or belong, especially within the LGBTQIA+ community? Your journey might resonate with Mason's own experiences. He's passionate about helping individuals, like you, explore and understand themselves better—embracing strengths, navigating gender expression, understanding sexuality, and supporting personal growth. Mason's journey has inspired his commitment to guiding others through similar paths of self-discovery and acceptance.

Through Eclectic Therapy, Mason creates a customized approach for each individual, blending various therapeutic styles to suit the unique needs of his clients. At the core of his practice lies an emphasis on affirmation, recognizing and nurturing strengths, and building relationships grounded in trust and understanding.

Mason's engagement with clients is characterized by empathy and transparency. He isn't afraid to be direct when necessary, expressing emotions alongside his clients or even addressing the therapeutic relationship itself. This openness fosters a space where clients feel empowered to explore their identities, address challenges, and work towards personal growth. Mason is open to both young adult and teen (13-17 years old) clients.

His dedication to helping others stems from a profound understanding of what it's like to grapple with feelings of not belonging or uncertainty about one's identity. By integrating various therapeutic modalities and fostering a supportive environment, Mason endeavors to assist individuals in embracing their authentic selves, fostering resilience, and navigating their unique paths towards self-acceptance and fulfillment.

Mason loves his cat, board and video games, and is always eager to learn about new areas of interest.
